Orders are picked and packed within about 2-3 weeks (7-10 days rough carving, photo approval, then 7 days finish and pack). Once shipped, delivery normally takes another 3-7 days by tracked freight, and you'll receive a tracking link by email. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.

Dimensions are listed in the size option. Choose Oak, Walnut, Black or Brown finish. Need a custom size? Email us before ordering and we will quote it. Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
